Are you feeling frustrated, angry, overwhelmed and exhausted? Have you tried everything to create the life or business you want and nothing seems to going well, you keep hitting imaginary brick walls leaving you feeling unhappy.
Let me ask you a simple question “What do you want?”.
I believe the first step in creating the life and business you want is clarity. Without taking the time to fully identify what it is that you want then any action steps you take will be a waste of time and you will be left feeling frustrated and exhausted because, let me be frank with you, it won’t work. I know what it is like to be struggling and didn’t know what to do. When I became very clear what I wanted then the opportunities started appearing.
When I ask the same question to my new clients they are stumped. They look at me with wonderment. It is such a simple question but they haven’t taken the time to ask themselves or maybe they have and not listened. You may not get the answers you thought!
I had one client who came to me, asking why she didn’t have the business she wanted and the life she loved. When we drilled down to it she was on the wrong path for her job and wasn’t fulfilled. It was important for her to STOP and finally listen to what she wanted for her life, what was she passionate about.
That is why clarity is so important. I can tell you without it you won’t be able to get the life you want, you will always be on this cycle of unhappiness and feelings of frustration that your life still looks the same.
So today I’m asking you to STOP and answer these questions. Be totally honest with yourself and listen:-
1. If money was no object what would you be doing today.
2. What do you want? Don’t be afraid to dream big.
Answer these questions carefully and you will see where your life or business isn’t matching up. I was asked the first question many years ago and I would categorically say I would still help people stop struggling. If your answer is different then it is time to look deeper and really understand what you want. How do you want your life to look like? What sort of business do you want?
Without clarity success will be hard and you will be stuck for years!
